Description Technical Specs   This 1" Knee Brace Bracket attaches to our 1" Diameter Lag Bolts. It is used for attaching a wooden knee brace to a small lag bolt. The Knee Brace Bracket is used for attaching a wooden knee brace to a Treehouse bolt. You can sandwich a 2x6 (or larger) board on either side, or as we prefer, get one solid brace such as a 4x6, cut a notch in the center, and fit the bracket into the middle of the wood. Please consult with your professional engineer, arborist, or experienced tree house builder to ensure that you choose the right fasteners for your tree house project. Safety is #1. Features 1/4" Steel plate. Pipe is 1" Inside diameter (I.D.)
