The emphasis of this treehouse book is clearly on design and architecture rather than construction. Many of these are too complicated for anyone to use as a model for their own tree houses. However, the book makes a nice conversation piece and will hold the attention of an architect for hours. Not all of the tree houses in this book are overly expensive or fancy, but they all are unique and supported in various ways including cables, posts, knee braces, tree wraps, bolts, and brackets.
