This book covers a wide variety of ultimate treehouse styles including international and futuristic architecture. In contrast, the "how to" section is rather basic and easy to understand. This book is all over the place showing famous hollywood treehouses and limit pushing engineering concepts, and then explaining how to decide whether to buy or rent a tool. Just FYI, if you don't already have your own tools and lots of experience using them, you won't be building anything you see in this treehouse book! The book isn't bad, but it tries to cover too much and so it doesn't go into enough depth. Building your ultimate treehouse is probably at least another book away!
