No, Treehouse Tokens can not be redeemed for cash. They can be used for discounts on future purchases.

• Approved: These Tokens can be redeemed on rewards immediately
• Pending: These Tokens need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
• Cancelled: These Tokens will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the Tokens will change from pending to cancelled)

Your Tokens balance nay go down if you cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your Tokens.
