Getting your Discount
Qualifying for a PRO discount is determined by the value of your purchases over a 365 day period. If you meet one of the thresholds, you are automatically assigned a perpetual discount code on any purchase.
Maintaining your Discount
As long as the value of your total purchases in the preceding 365 days meets a discount threshold, your discount will remain active. If you dip below a threshold, your discount may be downgraded or deactivated until you meet a threshold once again.

This program is geared toward industry professionals who utilize the materials we supply in their businesses. That said, any customer who meets the discount thresholds will qualify for our PRO discounts, regardless of your status as a business.
Any customer who spends enough with us in a 365 day period will automatically receive the discount relative to the threshold met. No sign up necessary.
As long as your repeat purchases are made under the same customer account, using the same email each time, they will count towards the total that determines whether you qualify for an automatic PRO discount.
Your discount level is automatically determined by the value of your total purchases in the immediately preceding 365 days, as follows:
- Total spend between $5 000 & $9 999 USD - PRO discount of 10%
- Total spend between $10 000 & $19 999 USD - PRO discount of 15%
- Total Spend of $20 000 or more: PRO discount of 20%
As long as a discount threshold is met at any given time, your PRO discount will be automatically applied to your cart.
If you become eligible for a PRO discount you will be notified at the email address associated with your customer account. You can also check whether a discount is automatically applied to your cart while shopping with us, or reach out to our support time with any queries.
This is the best part- your savings are automatic! This means you do not need to do anything other than shop our online store as usual - for as long as your PRO discount remains valid, your savings will be applied automatically to your cart at checkout.
No, as a rule your PRO discount can not be combined with any other discount codes you may have, or on items already subject to a sale promotion.
No, there is no limit - your discount will apply on every cart you fill, so long as it remains valid.
If the total value of your purchases with us in the preceding 365 days falls below a discount threshold, your PRO discount will be automatically downgraded to a lower Tier, or disabled.
No, PRO discounts can not be redeemed for cash. The discount applies on purchases.
No, there are no cart minimums. Your valid PRO discount will apply to any cart total, so long as the items in your cart are eligible for the discount.
